Our boutique, an initiative under Shikhar Urban & Rural Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. [also referred to as SURE]. Darzi Chacha was an existing entity which SURE took over in 2020 as part of our vision to create opportunities and promote entrepreneurial development among the common people.
SURE’s long term vision is to make an impact in the ‘job creators’ versus ‘job seekers’ ratio in India.
We aim to be a contributor towards innovation, skill enhancement, productive work culture and increased earnings for our partners.
We would like to use technology as our servant for small and medium size commercial entities while also attempting to future proof these entities from inevitable change.
Sushma, previously the owner of Kristi Fashion in Dimapur, Nagaland, joined Darzi Chacha in November 2023. With over 12 years of experience in the fashion industry, specializing in bridal gowns, Indian and western party wear, she effectively manages Darzi Chacha with dedicated staff. Relocating to Delhi due to the pandemic, she joined Darzi Chacha as a designer and manager. She finds fulfillment in her role, working with a supportive team.
